HPT is excited to announce the addition of 2 new employees in our sales department!

Nick Dornbusch joined HPT this month as an inside sales person.  Nick brings a lot of product and industry knowledge having worked for Sanitation District #1 of Northern Kentucky for nearly 30 years. He served as a plant operator, Operations Shift Foreman, Chief Operator, Plant Manager, and then Maintenance Manager. He has spent the last 10 years working on pump application and sales. Nick is working in our Milford, Ohio office.

Brian Panzer has also joined HPT and will be working from our Fishers, Indiana office. Brian has over 30 years of professional experience in wastewater, pollution control, water filtration, pre-treatment, industrial, and solid waste management. Brian previously worked for Mason Engineering and Construction and the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana and is a Class II operator.

Jason Watts Joins HPT and Neil Raymond becomes Partner

We’re excited to announce that Jason Watts is joining HPT!

Jason comes to us from Delaware County, Ohio where he worked as an Electronics Maintenance Technician for the Regional Sewer District. He graduated from Marion Technical College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Electrical Engineering Technology. He’s also a Class III Wastewater License Operator in Ohio. Jason will be covering the Tri-State with a focus on Central and Northern Ohio.

During his time at Delaware County, Jason worked on a variety of equipment including Trojan UV, Wilo Pumps, and MP Electronics. His knowledge and capabilities will enhance HPT’s ability to offer a timely response and provide the great service you have come to expect!

Neil Raymond has become a partner in our firm, joining Lance Gaffin and Tim Shaw.

Neil joined HPT in 2014 as a sales engineer in our Indiana office. Prior to that, Neil worked for Hydro International (Eutek) as the General Manager of their US Wet Weather Division. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Norwich University in Vermont

Mike Macy Retires

Mike Macy has retired from The Henry P. Thompson Company effective April 1st, 2016. Mike began working at HPT in 1986, after working as a Consulting Engineer for almost 14 years. He served as our Sales Manager from 1992 to 2011 and has successfully lead the company as our President since 2011. Mike has been instrumental in the growth and success of The Henry P. Thompson Company over the past 30 years. His leadership, wisdom and wonderful smile will be missed.

Welcome Jason Beck!

Jason L. Beck, PE has joined the Henry P. Thompson Company as a Sales Engineer in our Milford, OH office and will be covering parts of Kentucky and Southern Ohio. Jason received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a registered Professional Engineer with over nine years of experience in the water and wastewater industry as an engineering consultant having worked for CDM Smith and Hazen & Sawyer. Jason has a diverse background in the industry that includes design of activated sludge systems, solids handling and digestion, disinfection, chemical feed, and effluent filtration.
